How good is our scouting network?

We clearly need significant reinforcement in most areas, and £100m isn’t going to go very far at all in this market.

While the average transfer last summer was about £18m, that’s skewed by a lot of outgoings to the continent or championship, I can’t see £100m stretching beyond 3 decent squad players at best (perhaps Grealish aside).
