The German FA have confirmed that Jonas Urbig has sustained a capsular injury in his right knee. The 22-year-old Bayern goalkeeper has therefore withdrawn from Germany's squad for their friendlies against Switzerland and Ghana.
Praying this is him just taking care of himself. Capsular injuries can range from swelling, strains, or worst case scenarios tears. Most treatment for non tears are just ice and rest.
