The LFP’s board of directors approved, this Thursday morning, the postponement of PSG’s trip to Lens scheduled for April 11, which was sandwiched between the Paris club’s European matches. Strasbourg has also secured the rescheduling of its match against Brest.

  1. whole organization bowing to the whims of an oil state. absolute fucking joke of a league.

Tinpot league. “We have no TV rights” – if you don’t take yourselves seriously why would anyone else?

  3. The whole French league is a joke we play on less than a week of rest and then our opponents do because they complained to the LFP. What a joke

Did anyone expect anything different? Really? With the amount of “influence” PSG has over the league it was a foregone conclusion, even if Lens tried to fight it.

  5. This is the most important Ligue 1 match of the season. It’s 1 and 2 in the league separated by 4 points. What a clown show.

  6. They are the literal farmers league in Europe. They finally have a title race, and they bin it off so PSG can limp to the champions league final. The only games they bother to turn up for all year are knockout champions league games

  7. Absolute corruption. Lens have a real shout of winning that league and now they have to play two games a week for a key part of the season to help PSG.

    Ridiculous.

  8. Joke league. Joke decisions. Brings into question the integrity of the whole competition when a team gets considerable concessions like this. State ownership already puts them at a huge advantage.

I feel bad for clubs like Lens but I’m not surprised. This is Ligue 1 + PSG league, it was going to be overturned either way.

Lens genuinely had a chance with this momentum to go on top

  10. Embarrassing stuff. We’re getting smacked around by Brighton and Wolves and these oil merchants and their simp league executives are still so scared of Anfield lol. Hope the lads use it as motivation

  11. After this, and their Chairmen’s comments comparing the situation to Hillsborough, Anfield better be absolutely rocking in that second leg, the team talk is already done.

Absolute cunts the lot of them

  12. The farmers league should just give the title to PSG at this rate , why postpone and giving them the edge against Liverpool and Lens .

Everything unfortunately has a price in today’s world….absolutely tragic and disgusting.

Hate to be that guy, but I genuinely think we’re getting pumped regardless of rest time, I dont think this affects the outcome of our tie at all.

I actually feel more sorry for Lens, a big advantage for them turned into a big disadvantage, feels like borderline cheating in terms of the battle for the league.

  15. Imagine thinking PSG need an advantage like this against arguably the most dull, boring and inept Liverpool in a decade.

Lens now gets to play 3 games in one week because PSG wanted more rest/prep time against us
