Genuinely who will be brought in to replace him at RW? Ngumoha is too young and should not be starting games week in week out (to avoid an ansu fati-esque problem). Chiesa is a shout but again, I’m not sure he’s starting XI material. Frimpng is a possibility but he’s more of a ‘traditional winger’ rather than a goalscoring one.
Maybe we transition to a 2 striker formation? With Isak up top and Ekitike working as a pseudo playmaker? With Wirtz on the left and Szobo on the right (essentially old bayern with Lewa and Muller)
Sorry I’m just spitballing here because there’s no way to replace Salah. No winger in the next decade or so will come close to his numbers.

I might get attacked but it’s genuinely disgusting how his story is ending. As a club that prides itself on unity & family, this is not a good look. If anyone should be leaving, it’s Slot and I guarantee you Mo only accepted leaving the club because of Slot. He always wants more records even from an individualistic POV. I was almost certain he’d stay one more year. Could’ve been mitigated/handled better. One off season with contributions that most players would still dream of achieving & this happens. You can say his legs are gone but I guarantee he had more and we would’ve benefited if Slot wasn’t in charge with his absolutely abysmal formations & tactics. He was an inspiration and a leader for the youngsters and newcomers as well. He was good for the locker room as a whole so we would’ve still benefited either way. Everything comes to an end, but not like this.

There’s so many memories and so many trophies I don’t know what I’ll miss most from him. Maybe what I’ll miss most is how much he loved us. Even with the dispute this season it’s because he still cared very much.
Will definitely never forget how he hard carried us to a title last season. A player and person for the books. Forever our Egyptian King
