Roberto De Zerbi is a joke. He blows up at the board of teams he works with, he singles out and humiliates young players, he is an APOLOGIST for rapists, and frankly, while he’s without question a gifted tactical coach, he’s not the absolute best out there.
Poch is the opposite in terms of character. He protects young players and gives them a fair chance, he is patient with the board but also knows when someone is taking the piss. He has a natural ability to unite a team of players, and do the same with the fans.

All this is to say, what is the boards approach to anything? These managers are stylistically different and COMPLETELY different man managers.

If Vinai and Lange survive this shit show and Poch comes in, they should just acknowledge their incompetence and listen to everything Poch tells them to do.
