De Zebri is very similar to Conte. I don’t think he’ll go to Spurs considering what happened to Conte before. At Spurs, there’s definity something broken with the mentality and culture.

  2. I wouldn’t want Greenwood at the club in any circumstances *but* I can understand why De Zerbi as a manager of a club would want him – he wouldn’t care because the player would make such a big difference, especially in Ligue Un. It could have a massive influence on his ability to do his job.

Me as a fan I have the luxury of making decisions based on my moral standards. He as a manager is in a cut-throat competition with other ruthless professionals.

    Hate me if you like

  3. Don’t understand why we are not going all in for Iraola. What he’s done a Bournemouth is astounding.

  4. It’s because he’s never been convicted of anything. All charges were dropped by the accuser. Who he’s still in a relationship with btw

As we saw with Partey, Vinnai seems to love that sort of guy. The sooner him and Lange leave, the better

  6. I know I will get flamed when I say this but people deserve second chances in life. That said, this is NOT why I am against De Zerbi. He is a massive drama queen and will flame out here 3x faster and 5x harder than Conte did.

This is the quote that did it for me:

    # “Greenwood paid a high price. He arrived in the right environment and behaved well. He is a very reserved person. I am saddened by what happened to him. He is far from the person described in England”

Fucker is saddened that a rapist got caught and acting like he’s the victim. Disgusting.

I think people give him too much credit for the success at Brighton a few years ago. He played a role but not bigger than the recruiting department did.

We are actively doing another Arsxxxx via recruiting another coach who accepts rape as nothing.

Not watching this ship go down with a SA apologist at the helm, I can tell you that much

  11. Rotting in prison for ever and ever? This is just ridiculous at this point. He’s not only free, he’s living abroad with the victim and they’ve since had two kids. This is not and never will be a conviction and he’s been exiled from the English game for years.

She’s managed to let it go but Spurs fans have to be obsessed with the words of a manager years later and perform acts of self harm. His manager years later dared to protect him rather than lynching him in a press conference. What the fuck else would he do?!

I’m not a big fan but the reactions on here are PATHETIC and ignore all the basic tenets of a judicial system and all humanity and nuance as well. How dare anyone give him a second chance ever again, instead of….I’m not sure. Banning him from the world?

    Forget relegation, forget football.

    Just pitch forks.

    More pitch forks.

  12. Agreed, and it’s too risky to bring in morally questionable manager in this critical moment. I think bring in Mason is more preferable choice, he’s not experienced but there’s no time for input deep tactics to team anyway and the team’s problems seems not just tactical aspect but more likely mental one.

I’m not sure if I’d be able to show support to the team during his time as manager

I don’t know what people realistically expect a football manager to say about his players

I’m a bit biased because I’m French and Parisian, and even though I support Tottenham, I do like PSG and thus hate Marseille lol. Having said that, l’OM has a team of pricks but buying Greenwood was a shameful act. You can’t defend a guy like that just because he’s good at football

This season has been horrible. I have still watched every possible game. If De Zerbi takes over, I am out.
