This kid is special. So good on the ball but what surpised me is how good his off the ball movement is! Helps in covering the right flank freeing Valverde also Tchouameni looks like having a lot more freedom now. He's doing everything playing in the deeper role that Camavinga or Guler could not do. The control he brings the calmness he brings. Hiss passing accuracy. Genuinely incredible!
Again not trying to sound reactionary but instead of spunking 80-100 millions on Enzo or Rodri we should 100% focus on developing Thiago. He's genuinely impressed me so much.
Who knows the answer for our midfield prayers might just come from our academy. Again we gotta start him every game from now & let him develop.
Full credit to the academy & especially Arbeola for trusting Thiago in crucial games. A bit unlike Madrid & more Barca like I say? Throwing your academy kids right in the thick of it?
I'm so happy finally seeing an academy kid starting week in week out for us after a long long time. We gotta develop him cause the sky's the limit. All evil eyes off 🧿

I was very skeptical on Arbeloa at first, but kudos to him for actually trusting these young players and treating them as actually valuable squad members, as opposed to just playing them for 3 minutes.
This kid is really good under pressure. And yeah, we don’t need those fancy players, we already have them in our academy. Look at Nico Paz, he is absolutely crushing it! We just need to trust our boys and give them opportunities
He gives the ball away constantly idk what yall are talking about
Well this shows we have talent in the academy and we never use it, we used to have plagers like jacobo, arribas, blanco and so many….never utilized them, getting to see them when we finally have a coach who has worked with them….
Would love to watch more of others as well, i m personally very impressed with palacios as well with whatever time he got….
Instead of always buying players, we should use these players also…get big players but trust tge academy also
Okay. Stop with this nonsense. Thiago is not good enough for Real Madrid yet. His off ball movements and defence (especially duels and interceptions) are inferior to every midfielder we have in our squad. I will not talk about his attacking abilities and creation because he is too young and we can’t expect from him to have it developed that early. We should keep him, but maybe send him to a loan like we did with Nico Paz.
I strongly disagree. I don’t really see the big hype about him. He presses very good and runs and work hard but every attack when he is involved he loses the ball? He makes very questionable passes. Sometimes his first touch is not the best. I am all for trying new talent and let them have playtime. But u cannot camavinga sit on the bench when has much better passing and much more secure with ball.
He’s fine lol. He’s a great 7th choice midfielder to have but he hasn’t shown to be better than that.
I like him i only hope he stops losing the ball unnecessarily his position is sensitive and losing the ball as a cm isnt normal like losing it as a winger or a striker
I don’t see the hype. All I see are sideways or back passes. Yeah Madrid is in a state where none of the mfs actually stop and hold the ball instead of rushing towards the goal even if the play isn’t there or the team isn’t set up.
I agree that Arbeloa has taken me by surprise, I was very dubious at first. And I also agree that it’s good to see youth players being given real opportunities. I don’t agree however that these opportunities should come in big games, as he is very inexperienced and loses possession time and time again.
Main question here is
Does he deserve a spot over Bellingham?
I love his energy and hard work without the ball. We need someone like him running endlessly to free up Fede Tchou and give them some time to organize the defense. Even in attack this guy keeps moving into half spaces for quick fwd passes.
