  1. Watch us do something so beyond Spursy it defies belief and get relegated before the Chelsea game to finally break our Stamford Bridge curse when we’re dead and buried.

Guess which team is been turned over by the people in charge. Concerts and nfl games come first in their opinion. Football team at a football club is the lowest on the agenda.

  3. I really cannot fathom how we can be so shit at our own stadium. I feel like we are the only club in the world that is at a disadvantage playing at home.

I’ve been to our new stadium to see us play 5 times spread over different seasons and we literally lost every single one. I’ve spent thousands of pounds for travel, accomodation and flights and every time I’ve felt miserable walking out the stadium.

  4. Recently, there has been a suspicious amount of pushback to any suggestion that the problem might be to do with the pitch itself. I’m not saying the retractable pitch is a problem, or that players’ are justified in not wanting to play on it. But there does seem to be a pattern of comments dismissing the idea from anonymous accounts when the issue is brought up, and downvotes too.

I also get why the club would want to manage the narrative around this, because there’s presumably not a lot that could be done about it if the pitch really were a problem. My own suspicion is that quite a lot of the squad probably have convinved themselves that playing hard on our pitch is problematic for them, so they are holding back.

Yes, other teams do not have the same problem playing at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, but that’s presumably because they’re not having to do it every week/fortnight. And yes, a lot of the long term injuries that are similar to the ones that the Real Madrid squad have been getting on their similar pitch, haven’t actually happened on the pitch at the Tottenham Hotspur. But maybe the issue (or perceived issue) is the cumulative effect the pitch has on joints/ligaments. What is clear is that something is causing otherwise good players to look like they’re not really trying when they step onto the pitch, and whether it’s just in their heads or not, concerns about the pitch itself make sense as a reason.

Great to have decent away form

Just wish there was better support in home matches to improve this metric. Too many impatient fans leaving early
