Solid work so far! Came at a time when the team was at the lowest point and fans were basically writing off the season. His rotation and man management so far is good. Especially like the work he has done with bringing in the Castilla talent.
I love Arbeloa’s tactics where we press exactly where it matters instead of sticking to a single pressing system, everything is sooo fluid
Even if we don’t win anything, I think he deserves a chance. The team plays well under him so far, tinkering with the chemistry may not be worth it.

People don’t seem to understand that overall, Xabi is a better manager than him, but being a manager and being the manager of madrid are two entirely different things. Arbeloa just gets it man, hope he wins something with us so he can continue next season.

When Xabi was here i genuinely saw no improvement at all in gameplay but unexpectedly Arbeloa system shows improvements and I have actually started enjoying Madrid games.
This man experienced greatness by Cristiano first hand. He knows how to get it done.
