The Lounge restaurants, which have three venues across the city – Maritimo at Ocean Village, Trago in Portswood and Santo on Shirley Road – have rolled out their new spring/summer menu for 2026.
A spokesperson for Loungers Café Bar said: “We’re so happy to launch our brand-new menu as of March 19.
“From brand new mezze bowls and revamped flatbreads to cooling cocktails and new tapas treats, there’s something new for everyone to enjoy.”
The updated all-day menu introduces a range of new dishes, including Thai fishcakes, crispy duck pancakes, whipped feta and a vegan black bean and sweetcorn option.
New folded flatbreads with fillings such as chicken shawarma, lamb kofte and halloumi have also been added.
Brunch has been refreshed with new options including the Byron Bay brunch bowl, while new mains feature mezze bowls and a Panang curry. A mango and passion fruit cheesecake joins the dessert menu.
