Ramsey 6 Joelinton RCM Woltemade LCM I assume. Hope to see the German score and we win obviously.

  2. This really does feel like we’re back to the “We only have 11 fit players” days again.

  3. No Sandro is a shame, would’ve rather had Willock in the midfield over Nick though, but if they sit back, it might give him a chance to show his creativity.

  4. On the plus side, no Roefs and the back up keeper they’ve got seems less effective

… Just got to actually create chances

  5. Good lord that’s a rough line up. Strong bench so that’s what I’m pinning my hopes on

I’m OK with it. Tino mustn’t be 100% yet, I think Thiaw may have hit a wall given his workload over the last four months.

Surely if there’s a game for Wolte in the ten this is it.

Honking that like I know we have injuries but why is woltmade in midfield when there’s midfielder on the bench. Why is Gordon cf Sunderland will park the bus we ain’t gonna be getting in behind them over and over again

  8. This lineup looks better suited to a 4-4-2 in my mind. Pretty sure Eddie won’t play that though.

  9. Sunderland also without some of their best players makes me confident despite our weakened XI

  10. The distinct lack of defence really worries me. Coupled with the lack of control in midfield I worry this won’t be an easy watch.

I still realllllly hope we destroy them mind.

  11. That midfield is not the one, but what you gonna do when el Capitano and Tonali are both crocked.

  12. Can understand Trippier over Tino.

Tino has already been driven into the ground following an injury to get injured again this season, don’t need it happening again.

  13. Think there could be some earlier subs in this one, but let’s go lads plenty to prove.

Woltemade in that position feels like one of those FIFA player career mode saves a few transfer windows in where you somehow end up with centre halfs up front and goalkeepers running the midfield.
