He’s done. Board will keep him until the end of the season, but when he doesn’t qualify for the Champions League, he’ll be the fall guy for their failures. I have no faith that the incoming transfers will be a short term improvement to this squad. They’ll be 19 year olds who might be good in 4 years.

His first few games are very exciting and then he messed up everything by himself. Drop Santos (due to one mistake), use James in midfield way too often and make him injured, replace Sanchez with Jorgensen for no reason,… He’s just reused all the Maresca ideas and failed blatantly.
He reminds me a lot of Amorim which is HUGE issue. Acting like 17pts out of 10 games is decent is a losers mentality.
