YAASSSSSSS we have won away from home fucking massive win. Only won twice away from home this season and the two wins were against Falkirk. Brilliant 3 points behind the dons now 👀

Awful lot of booing towards the ref at the end… felt like a home gameÂ

I… We… We won, a game of FOOTBALL?!?!?
(I cant wait for this to be ruined by the announcment of either Neil Lennon or Tony Docherty as our new manager next week)
Rotten game. Ref was dog shit. Not sure we deserved to lose, but can’t be “defending” set pieces like that.
Bain self sabotaging his Scotland chances.

Set piece defending has been our achilles heel under McGlynn and we saw that today, atrocious defending for both of the goals.
Out of all of the Falkirk players, Clarke has picked the most out of form player. Bain has been off the boil recently and if there are a few more mistakes I think Hogarth deserves a run.
We had chances to win that game but by and large we weren’t great in the second half and St Mirren took theirs so it is what it is. That ref was so inconsistent. He blows a foul on Nlundulu for shirt pulling but allows Freckleton and Gogic grab Stewart’s shirt every time. Kind of funny he only added on 4 mins too, crazy.
P.s. play Allan and Henderson at centre back again. I don’t understand why we keep persevering with Neilson, he wasn’t terrible but Allan is so much better.

Exactly the result I wanted to see

That’s a huge result for St Mirren. The second bottom spot is pretty open. If any team drops points then they could get dragged into it.

It’s not a coincidence that we are the team Livi and St Mirren have picked points up against. We struggle badly to compete in the box against big physical players, have done for years. Our next signing should be a coach to teach defending of set pieces, every time I expect to be in trouble, been going on for years.
Game wise both teams were poor but the ref was exceptionally poor, hope the highlights show some of that but probably won’t. Note – I’m not saying that ‘cost’ us the game but it definitely didn’t help.
Last thought – Gogic is annoyingly good at what he does.

Felt both teams were poor in the final third today. On another day Barney does get his 2nd but cant complain too much. Some really shocking defending for all 3 goals imo.
Ref didnt help things at all and I felt the stop start nature of the game helped Sts more than us.
Need to get the finger out for the last 7 games of the league. No point going on holiday again like we did the last time we had a semi final under McGlynn. Luckily Hibs only got 1 point so they’re still within reach
