  1. Ange: “The fact Vicario played 60 minutes with a fractured ankle says all you need to know about his character”

Vicario’s an absolute warrior, you can see him wincing in pain after the goal kick

  2. Noticed him giving the free kicks to the CBs a while ago, I thought it was just because his confidence was shot lol

  3. If he was in such pain taking goal kicks then one of our defenders would take the kick surely?

He probably just had wind 🤣

Apparently he’s been dealing with this for weeks. You’d think he would’ve gotten it done right away when he’d be back in two months at most, when now he’s guaranteed to miss the rest of the season and maybe Italy

Vicario may have his faults as a keeper. But you can’t fault his commitment and character at all.

  6. I still think he’s a solid keeper who has kept us in games more often than lost us games.

He played two great long balls against Liverpool, one to play In Richarlison (where Van Dijk should have been red carded for DOGSO and a penalty) and the other which resulted in our goal.

I guess that explains the recent slump. Feels like we should have integrated Kinsky in easier games then. Big up to Vic for fighting through the pain

  9. After learning about this, I hope whoever was on the Prem League’s official twitter account that day that they posted video mocking Vic putting that free kick out of bounds gets some serious karma.

  10. I’m in what feels like the minority that loves Vic. I think he’s stupid talented and has the right mentality but hasn’t been the same since his ankle injury. I still believe in his ability though and I personally think it’d be ludicrous to let him go.

I’ve personally gone in pretty hard on his kicking as of late but have to hold my hands up and offer a full apology. I appreciate his push to play ahead of kinsky even more after knowing this.
