I was trying to figure out the actual amount of double game weeks each league has.
Seems the prem is the biggest to suffer in this area with unrested teams then competing in UCL, Europa league etc. Most Prem teams got slapped in the recent UCL games could this be a reason – Competing on multiple fronts unable to reschedule games, I'm not trying to say that's why we went out because Pep cooked our first leg but oh well.
What are peoples thoughts? Also does the amount seem correct?

Yes it happens every year, Prem teams do well in Europe the first half of the season and then crash out in the second half because other leagues play less games and also have a midwinter break
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that City won the treble the year that the World Cup was in December and most players got a few weeks of rest
