There's been a visual leap to Doku's game this season when it comes to his playmaking added on top of his already elite dribbling and physicality with the stats backing it that he's been one of the best creative wingers in Europe this season.
He might just be our most important attacker in our squad because of how he's the only player that blends playmaking/tech with Pace/Power. Where most of our other options lean heavily on one side.
It's a real shame that this season he's also been stop/start with his injuries because I feel like his break through this season could've been even bigger, and he'd have gotten rid of that image neutrals have of him being a "fast headless chicken"
He still doesn't get into as many goalscoring situations, mainly in circumstance as he's our main progressor to the box first. It's an issue of his positioning than his finishing which we hope will improve next season.
Going by the number of games left and taking back his average, he might finally reach the 30 G/A mark which for the minutes played would be a great return as he progresses his output.
He's neck and neck my favourite player to watch alongside Cherki.
At still 23 I genuinely believe the sky is the limit for him.

Pretty good output for a winger who “runs around in circles” and has “no end product”
