Firstly he was solid at the back. Not only his defending but playing out from the back – with confidence and composure.
Second, that ball to Yamal to set up the 4th goal! Chef’s kiss! Great vision and understanding of the game.
Last but not least, his assist! At first, I thought he attempted to shoot to goal and messed up the header but when I saw the replay I applauded his awareness!
We have a quality young player. Not the most flamboyant but a true warrior who will play his heart out for the Blugrana!

I am amazed at how much that dude improved, I wanted that guy out so badly last season and honestly I was so wrong, I didn’t ever think he was Barca level but over the season the guy just improved so much and completely defied that expectation. I think that when Barca was starting him and Cubarsi, they did not lose any game so far.
He’s like a Prius. A little slow at times but very reliable.
He might be a better passer than cubarsi, no nonsense clearing the ball out defender as well. Physical, got some legs on him and a true culer. I have fallen inlove, wasn’t lucky enough to watch maldinis prime years but to see his reincarnation play for my club. Wow to be a Barca fan

this Maldini thing started as a joke but this guy has been so impressive in all the toughest matches we’ve played. I used to think he had just enough talent for 1st division, but he’s a great rotational player you can trust to bring quality from the back.

Martin has been doing great this season. He works hard for the team and is always ready to give everything he’s got to see the team do better. Simply one of my favourite players in the team.
