I get having to change tactics once chalobah is injured and we have to play to 10 men but for goodness sake, tell, not write it like it’s some super secret, masterclass tactic. It would just be a set of instructions, right like at most 2 or 3? Caicedo or Lavia moves to defence? So call the players you need, (cos they were all standing around Chalobah) or choose your captain, Caicedo or Tosin who is the most senior and just tell them.
I get that’s how it’s been done but optics matter. Just ask United fans and Ruben Amorim’s toy contraption
