Leeds United will wear a special home kit for their Premier League clash with Brentford at Elland Road on Saturday.
The club are once again supporting the Wings for Life World Run challenge, which hosts a series of running events across the globe to raise money for spinal cord injury research. The charity logo will replace the Red Bull emblem on the front of the white shirt.
The unique initiative sees every runner across the world start at the same time, with there being no official finish line – instead, after 30 minutes, a virtual ‘catcher’ car on the event’s app sets off and gradually increases its pace. When it catches up to the runner, their race ends.

All 100% of the entry fee is directly put towards spinal injury research. Leeds fans who sign up for the 2026 Wings For Life race – via this link with the promo code ‘LUFC’ – will enter a prize draw for a chance to win a signed shirt from this year’s squad and hospitality tickets to the home game against Wolves in April.
“It is a massive thing to raise awareness around spinal cord injuries, and also to hopefully help a lot of people,” said Leeds United club captain Ethan Ampadu.

“How everyone can get involved, and how everyone can join in at the same time as well, no matter what you have going on… it gives everyone the chance to be able to do it together.
“I think if you have the opportunity to be involved in something like this, it’s a very special thing to be a part of.”
