Howe and all this "We lost Isak" Is getting beyond boring now. It's past that now. It's the managers tactics and team selections that have been making the games this season making you want to stab your eyes with a spoon. Didn't even feel or look like a derby apart from our travelling lot. I've got no words for it. Howe has ran his course and have proven he's took us as far as his skills can take us. I think the full-back going into the center of midfield was a mistake. Having them overlapping the winger and creating chances would have been better. Wissa should have been on earlier, maybe with Woltermade in behind, we were losing the game ! The disrespect to Murphy is real. He makes more chances per game than anyone. Gordon is the biggest disappointment of the season. Miley (for me) did nothing and Joelinton should have been in there.

Woltemade is a curveball because he’s class but is a relic of the past as he’s typically a second striker, would be great in a 4-4-2 but doesn’t quite fit with the Newcastle style, hence he looks a bit lost occasionally.
The Isak affair affected you more than you realise and this season might need to be a transition season.

This isn't a new phenomenon, Eddie Howe has become, over the past 12 -18 months a very defensive minded manager, almost scared to lose more than he wants to win. Playing defensive counter attacking football is all well and good when youre playing the role of underdog, but expectations are raised now and teams are wise to our physicality and running power and have adapted, whilst Howe seems incapable of doing the same. For me, its time for a change, before we lose the ground we've gained over the past 4 years.
Why are you supporting such a bad player Gordon is a very bad player who only scores from penalties only and doesn't assist who provided any crosses for woltemade if you have got such a good scorer why the team doesn't provide enough quality crosses
Do me a favor , immediately the team sheet comes out , analyse it , immediately , give your pro's and con's , before the game , use it as the start of your after match video so both you and us get to see if you or Eddie got it right . Hindsight is an exact science.

Is it purely bad game management that has affected the team moral and confidence or just apathy. What is the Real Problem here, I sure as hell don’t know but it has to be corrected and Quickly, The club talks, TALKS about building a world class Academy but we are currently quite happy to sit youngsters on the bench. Small club mentality on multiple levels. The injury to Dan Burns was poorly handled, Sunday League actually. As much as I like Eddie Howe as a person his managerial skills are sadly lacking.
