  1. Bigger issue is that we’ve spent nearly £20m on 3 strikers who can’t be trusted to score. It’s all well and good having an Igamane when you’ve got a Dessers, but you’re not gonna win reliably when your ‘senior’ striker is invisible and his backups are two raw players that start ahead of him.

    Playing devil’s advocate, when we do setup to have ‘control’ in the middle we have been worse. At least in theory this formation gives us more attacking players on the pitch that can do something in the opposing box. Otherwise is sideways passes until we give up a chance

    Against the lesser teams, yes. It does, however, seem to work against better opposition.🤷‍♂️

  4. 442. We need 2 up top as against anyone we are not good enough to feed a single striker.

    Unfortunately another lot of the players dont fit that system. Well midfield. So they need to adapt.
