The thing is that we do well and win for like 8 games in a row and pull away, and then lose two silly games like Getafe and Osasuna and suddenly we need to play catch up again.

The team need to simply grind for wins. No experimentation, no drama, no nonsense, just win games with experience and realistic play.

That’s not bad tho you can clearly tell in which matches the players actually put some effort in

  3. Getafe scoreline doesnt really tell the whole story looking back on it. Osasuna beat us everywhere on the pitch but against Getafe, we literally created 5 big chances to their 0, and the only goal they scored was off a goal of the season contender lol. Some days the shots just aren’t gonna hit the back of the net and when you play a 10 at the back like getafe, it doesn’t help at all

Vini really needed rest, he have played full 90 minutes for every game since sociedad

Well this has been the case for years, we fominate big teams even in laliga like betis, athletic, sociedad and in UCL but just 2-3 games against getafe, elche or osasuna….and we are just catching up again, this has been the case for so many years when we had our best teams…

But the mistakes we are doing rn are too silly, we have the quality and depth but still choose not to act on them and then lose points, we have a good chance for laliga rn also, beat barca and expect a good loss for them and win the rest, nothing else can be done from our side from now on, we are clicking now, just continue

  6. This whole “attack from Vini’s side” cost us 2 matches. When Vini isn’t in his day we’ll always lose. It’s how our last season was ruined because Vini was out mentally after losing the balon dor. In the last 2 game the team played collectively with little reliance on Vini, I hope it continues like that.
