      VAR or the ref not even batting an eye on it just shows how bad the ref was today and how useless VAR in the current state is.

      I mean, you can always check it and then say its not a foul but not even check it in the first place?

      Remember when Dumfries was penalized for something similar? The consistency pisses me off. The lack of professionalism in Serie A is so horrible.

      I’ll be honest, we’ve seen a bunch of these given before…that being said, it’s such a soft PK that any team would be angry to have it called against them.

      I hope we never see one like that called again

      Per il momento non dico che si sono messi d’accordo per non farci vincere lo scudetto, aspetto di vedere situazioni uguali che interessano Milan, Napoli, Juventus. Se dovessero capitare situazioni a favore delle suddette, non resteremo con le mani immobili.

      This is a situation which has been called a pen in most occasions 80%. But in the future it should never be called a penalty, it has happened multiple times this season.

      Yeah this should’ve been a pen, but Chivu dropped the ball again, it’s looking like another trophy-less season.

      Why are Akanji and Barella still starters? It’s like starting the match with 9 players against 13.

      Give me live time speed. Fuck this slow mo shit. Makes everything look bad. Contact does not always equal a foul. That being said, after the dumfries decision i expected thus to be given or at least reviewed by the on field referee. Dubious decisions the bith of them.

      Honestly, this should be at least reviewed. I feel Inter will is getting some backlash from the Bastoni incident and some previous bad calls from players diving and refs falling for it. It’s like refs are always suspicious it might be a dive or something and unless it’s a blatant pen VAR won’t interfere. Soft, 50/50 calls might just no longer be called.

      Wonder what the ‘Marotta league’ morons will say now. If y’all stop being biased for one second, you’d realize that there is something rotten inside our system, and that does not favor /penalize a specific team.

      They don’t give you a sus penalty because they want to favor your team, they do so because that’s the result they need, for betting purposes. I think there’s a lot of mafia involved sadly.

      Clear pen if I’m being honest.

      But I think the ref made the right non-call on the Atalanta goal. Dumfries flopped and then got mad when the ref didn’t buy it. There was no need to go down there. I’m in favor of referees punishing defensive flops, they are way too prevalent in Serie A.

      Fortunately, VAR knew Carnesecchi would save it so they disregarded any attempt.

      But for real, poor refereeing. I can’t wrap my head around the booth dismissing the foul in a matter of seconds.

      We got lucky today.

      This is Italian football. There was a narrative that inter got favorable treatment for the first part of the season.

      Italian football through its stupid logic and tradition will now go against inter when they can to “make up” for it to show they *don’t* favor any team.

      They never favored inter, they were just incompetent. Now, they’re being incompetent again, just on purpose.

      That’s just a little brush on the heel that’s never a pen. Laughable how inter cries now of how they losing points cause of missed calls. You had 90 minutes to close the game and couldn’t. You see how inter has never been a super team. Exposed 100%

      Half time the ref saw that the inter goal was to disallow, this is compensation for that mistake.
