This is clearly the case. He’s not been able to dive to his left for months. I feel for him, but he can’t play in that condition and it’s a scandal that he did for so long

If true it’s shocking from the club, From Nancy, from O’Neal. And especially for sinisalo.

  3. Told the national team he was unable to play but was fine shuffling his fat, one-armed arse across our goal line for months with the same injury.

Hopefully that’s him finished for us now.

Hopefully bring him on for the last ten minutes of the Scottish Cup final when we’re 3-0 up against Dunfermline so he can say goodbye to football.

One of the most ridiculous things I’ve heard in football. A goalkeeper playing through an injury. Absolute farce.

I’ve wanted managers grilled on why they have kept selecting him based on his form for over a year, but more so now. Been obvious for so long that he is finished, yet he has continued to start and cost us europe and possibly the league

He cost Celtic the cup final against Aberdeen because he couldn’t go to his right. See the goal and all of Aberdeen’s penalties.

The fact that he was still being picked is madness. Sinisalo must look a lot worse in training than he has the past couple of weeks!

  8. Unprofessional from every coach at Celtic this season to allow an injured player to keep playing. For both the team and the individual. Liability for results and his own future career.
Schmeichel will be absolutely demonised if we lose the title.

Do we have any fan media that can ask direct why he has been allowed to play through this despite the countless clangers?

  10. That’s him done then. Denmark’s other 3 keepers are getting minutes for premier league or championship clubs – they’re way younger and less of ego to deal with. Easy for the Denmark manager now to not pick him moving forward

This literally isn’t news, the whole of Scottish Football has known this since as early as the cup final last May.
