      With at least 12 games left to play, Lamine is set to reach 26 goals if he sustains his current goal-per-game ratio. This would mean that Yamal would equal the best Barça-scoring seasons of legends such as László Kubala, Ronaldinho, and Thierry Henry, while surpassing names like Hristo Stoichkov, Patrick Kluivert, David Villa, Diego Maradona, and Zlatan Ibrahimović. All at the age of 18.

      Also, while making this table, I realized *just* how spoiled we have been with strikers over the years, because it made me realize that +25 goal seasons are almost taken for granted in this club, when in reality it is an extremely difficult mark to hit, as witnessed by the fact that players like Zlatan, Villa, and Hristo never got there. The absolute abundance of world-class strikers that have played for us in the 21^(st) century, notably Messi, Suárez, Neymar, Eto’o, and Lewy, who all routinely had high-scoring seasons, has completely twisted our view of what should be an appropriate output for a striker.

      Neymar best season had 13 more goals than Ronaldinho’s whilst Neymar shared goals with Suarez and the GOAT. I love both but Ney surpassed Dinho in my opinion.

      6 more goals for Unc this season and he’ll be having 20 goals for the 4 years he has been with us. Crazy to think that he is 37 and still putting those numbers. Absolute machine.
