      From whichever angle I try to see it, Font has no concrete plan for this club. Laporta is right about him

      I’m all for nostalgia, I’m all for messi coming back as kind of a last dance, I want the best for the club.

      But this feels like it’s a dig at the current team. We have probably one, if not THE, most exciting young teams in Europe right now. We have spent the post Barto era dragging ourselves back up through the mud to get to where we are today.

      To me this is such a regressive stance to take. “Let’s milk messi for all he’s worth” doesn’t really fit the Mes que un club idea I started loving this club for.

      I’m all for a Messi farewell in Camp Nou, but we’ve more pressing issues than bringing him back for now. How is he planning to bring us out of our financial crisis for once and all? What are his plans for strengthening the team with new signings? He hasn’t answered any of this questions.

      Hope people see through this emotional trap of using Messi to garner votes. Laporta ain’t perfect, but he has shown he can and will bring the club back on track and that’s more important than anything.
