Kyle Walker has announced his retirement from international football, bringing to a close one of the most consistent and successful England careers of the modern era.
Across a remarkable international journey spanning more than a decade, Walker earned 96 caps for England and represented the national team at multiple major tournaments, establishing himself as one of the most reliable and respected defenders of his generation.
Walker made his senior England debut in November 2011 and went on to represent the national team under four England managers: Fabio Capello, Roy Hodgson, Gareth Southgate, and Thomas Tuchel. This reflects both his longevity and sustained performance at the highest level of international football.

Kyle Walker can go back to showing his bits to bar staff now with all the free time he has….. pervert….
I say this as a City fan, but i never rated him. His asset was pace but he wasnt ever a brilliant footballer
Bro wanted to do it himself cause he knew without his mate Gareth as manager he wouldn't get a sniff haha
Hat off to Ronaldo and Luka Modric 💯🔥at the age of 40.
96 caps, best ever.
Shame about the way he treated his family.
When was the last time that he played for England 😅 Enjoy your retirement…..more baby mothers now he's got more free time on his hands 😅 degenerate player.
Thanks for the service
Thank you Walker 🏴
Yes, me too, at 55 i need to focus on my shingles, so i will also now announce that I am retiring from international football.
Good hes totally finished
What's arbeloa doing
"You didn't dump me, I dumped you!"
You can't fire me, I quit.
Probably ths best right back in the last 30 odd years. Great defender for club and country.
fair play to him , in his prime probably the best rb in the world and a great servant to england squad
He was dogwater anyways
Brilliant for City and England but the football left him nearly 2 years ago. Speed and concentration lost. Shame he didn’t hit 100 caps.
Can’t believe. He should have stayed until World Cup
He wasn't getting picked anymore anyway
One of my favourites of all time. Good luck with your retirement Kyle absolute legend
I am not knocking him played 96 games for England good on your mate
But only the best win the World Cup, it’s not rocket science is it?
And look where Burnley are, don’t make me laugh bottom of the league
No World Cup medal, actually hundred odd games nearly and have not won a thing
With England, he may have been the best but not the goat because only the goat
Has a World Cup medal
A great player but I never rated him as world class but still a good prem player
"BABYLON AND THE LOUD CRY "BY PROFESSOR WALTER VEITH AND MARTIN SMITH POWERFUL WATCH UNMISSABLE WATCH TRUTH ALWAYS WINS ❤
😢
I just wanna state for the record that me and Beyoncé, never gonna happen.
We’ll never replace him for England, remember with his great pace he looked after mbappe. I think England are in trouble in this World Cup. Can you see Reese James or Trent keeping up with mbappe, no chance
What a role model to young players coming through the ranks, never ever pulls out of a challenge and in fact he never pulls out of anything 😬
What drivel! The best ever English right back? Why no mention of his 'colourful' personal life? He is certainly a poor role model for upcoming footballers.
who?
You mean Kyle Walker wasn't gonna get picked again anyway
I did know he wasn’t retired
Acting like he was ever getting picked for England again 😂
Kyle walker will retire without FIFA world cup 2026
"Success"
He's been retired from the English squad since the last WC and Euros
Damn, clicked on this thinking he was retiring from football! He'd ought to!
