  1. Arteta s sqaud on paper looks worse but ten hag took a utd side who finished the lowest points wise in their history. Both have done incredible job so far

  2. Definitely ten Hag
Man united last season had like 55 points. That's the worse they ever had in PL Era. In comparaison mourinho's last full season at united had 81 points. The club last season was in total shambles last year

  3. ten haag gets too much credit for relying on individual brilliance. rashford is having a purple patch first bit of form in 2 years and people are acting like ten haag has changed united

  4. Arteta came in when Arsenal were 10th, ten hag when united finished 6th. Also united spent 200m on ETH players and Arteta could only get short term loan options (cedric and mari) in the january window

  5. Ten hag inherited a better technical team with a worse attitude but arteta inherited a worse technical team with a better attitude. It's apples and oranges

  6. This comparison doesnt make any sense… this wasnt the problem at united so ofcourse arteta s squad was weaker. United had a diff problem and at the start of the season people were even discussing how many years it would take for them to be back… cant try to bring ten hags achievements down by comparing apples with pears🙌🏽

  7. Arteta came in mid-season and had a backline of Leno, David Luiz, Mustafi, Sokratis, Bellerin and Kolasinac. Midfield of old Xhaka, Torreira and washed Ozil. Aubameyang was class at the time but Lacazette was not as clinical as he used to be. Ten Hag had a wealth of talent already at the club. They just weren't being used properly. Ronaldo, Fernandes, Rashford, Varane, Shaw, Sancho and still De Gea. And Ten Hag got to spend £210 million straight away as well as having a pre-season. It genuinely isn't close as to who had a harder job.
