You mean managing? Mamagers are making small changes during games all the time. Pep didn’t invent this
managers getting banned means nothing tbh they’re constantly in touch with their assistants so it matters very little.
Let’s be real here, Unless you lock Pep completely nude in a Faraday cage, in the dark, spread eagle, tied face down for 90 mins, there is zero chance he won’t try to communicate with his assistant.
This applies to all managers. But I am using Pep as an example for erm… Reasons.
