Tip #1 – Fulham to win @ 1/2Click here for Fulham v Southampton oddsFA Cup, 20:00
Fulham host Southampton at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon, with an FA Cup quarter-final spot up for grabs. The Cottagers have already made light work of two Championship sides in the FA Cup – they beat Stoke 2-1 in the previous round, and high-flyers Middlesbrough 3-1 before that.
There is a notable gulf in quality between the Premier League and Championship, and Marco Silva opted to rotate his side in both of those games. However, the stakes are increasing now, and the Portuguese manager could go for a stronger 11 here.
Fulham were beaten 1-0 by West Ham midweek, which broke a three-game winning streak. It was quite an even contest in terms of chances – Fulham generated 1.01xG to West Ham’s 1.09xG, but the hosts just weren’t clinical enough on the night. They will be desperate to bounce back this weekend.
Tip #2 – Villarreal to win @ 2/5Click here for Villarreal v Elche oddsLaLiga, 13:00
After securing back-to-back La Liga victories, Villarreal were most recently beaten 4-1 by Barcelona. The Yellow Submarine rank fourth in the Spanish top flight this season, and the main reason for that is how good they have been on home turf. Villarreal have won 10 of their 13 league matches overall, only failing to beat Barcelona, Real Madrid and Betis – three of the current top five.
It’s safe to say that Elche are a much easier matchup than those three sides, given that they rank 17th in the league, and have failed to win any of their last 10 matches across all competitions. That poor run started with a 3-1 defeat to Villarreal on home turf, so they won’t be looking forward to this game on Sunday afternoon.
Additionally, Elche have failed to win any of their 12 away games in the league this season – they have drawn four and lost eight.
Tip #3 – Bologna to win @ 8/15Click here for Bologna v Hellas Verona oddsSerie A, 14:00
Bologna had a tough start to 2026, as they won just two of their opening 11 matches across all competitions, but they seem to have turned a corner since then, won each of their last five successive matches, keeping a clean sheet in four. That includes three straight Serie A wins, which has lifted them up to eighth in the table.
Bologna will be hopeful of extending their excellent run, as they host Hellas Verona at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium on Sunday afternoon. It has been a rough season for the visitors, and they currently sit rock bottom of the league standings, nine points adrift of safety. Their last win was in December and since then they have lost nine of their 13 league matches.
Verona have won just one of their 14 away games in the Italian top flight, with eight goals scored, and 27 conceded.
Tip#4 – Brest to win @ 4/5Click here for Brest v Le Havre oddsLigue 1, 16:15
Le Havre were beaten 1-0 by PSG last weekend, which was their 10th Ligue 1 defeat of the season. Prior to that, Nantes came away with a 2-0 win against Le Havre, which puts them under a bit of pressure coming into this clash. Le Havre’s away form this season has been dismal, they have taken just six points from their 11 matches. They have only scored five goals in that time, and have suffered seven defeats.
Brest will hope to capitalise on that, and they come into this clash in a rich vein of form. The Pirates held on to a 1-0 win against Metz last weekend, making it five games unbeaten. Prior to that, they secured an impressive three points against Marseille, meaning Brest have won five of their last six matches at the Francis Le Ble Stadium, with four of those to nil.
