  1. It’s like concerts. They are within their ‘right’ to charge obscene amounts because the demand is there. They’re just hesitant to do it because people will, rightly, complain they’re priced out of every game. Hard to see a solution considering it’s the basics of capitalism.

  2. Man United have been in pretty good form lately. A massive turnaround from last season. Maybe (just maybe) that will continue on next season.

  3. It’s a business, and I guess demand still outstrips supply.

    Football is just one of many things becoming out of reach for the average person. Sad really.

    Football teams get more from tourists than season tickets, so these prices just keep going up

    We constantly have to sacrifice, while the players wages just constantly rise.

  6. It’s a 5% increase for my season ticket, which amounts to about £3 per month extra, so no big deal.
