[Sky Sports] Jürgen Klopp wants to return to coaching. Months after joining Red Bull, he already misses daily coaching work. If he returns to club football, Real Madrid is most likely. He rules out other Premier League clubs out of loyalty to Liverpool. The German national team is also a possibility

  1. Would he be the best option on the market? Absolutely.

But last time , Madrid also got the best manager available on the market, and we know how that ended up.

Unless some important change is done, Klopp will probably fail.

  2. As long as the current issues remain, any top manager should avoid us like the plague

He’s the only manager they should target, but also give him assurances that his word will be final on players coming in and going out.

  4. He won’t come as long as Vini and Mbappe are here. Dude wants professionals that want to win at all costs.

Always welcome him to coach Madrid however I don’t want him end like Xabi because our divas and stupid boards.

  6. If he’s given total control on the pitch, I’m all for it. Otherwise, don’t bother signing him.

  7. As a noob fan has it already been determined/assumed arbeloa will be fired, or is he like an interim head coach until the end of the season? Also what was the fan base consensus on parting ways with xabi?

Plzzz be true, he’s my idol in terms of coaches. I have always been his biggest advocate, and I believe his system suits us perfectly, he too relies on counter attacking football, using a 4-4-2 when defending. He’s gonna make Vini, Mbappe and Rodrygo like Mane-Fermihno-Salah. Plus he will be reunited with Trent.

Just bring him in, and give him full backing of the club and let him rebuild the squad, I am sure he will help us regain our glory and make us play proper attacking football🥹

  9. Unless the club realizes that we need a proper identity, no such manager will be successful.

Klopp would give up his coaching licence after he sees our players trying to press

klopp had very slow start at liverpool. will the board have such patience?

  12. Let’s not delude ourselves. Klopp is not going to join Real Madrid unless he is given a written guarantee that all sports related decisions (signings, medical services, preseason tours, etc) are going through him.

Florentino is too much of a control freak to let that happen.

  13. If we could get him (big if) and the club gave him more power than Xabi (two trophyless seasons in a row will lead to more concessions from the board) – it could be a great match. Real Madrid playing Spanish heavy metal version of Klopp-ball could be so exciting! Question is whether both parties could find a middle ground where manager gets more power but he also makes a few concessions on his side because of the talent he gets to work with.

    Dortmund back.
Madrid should see how will Arbeloa handle in Champions League

As much as i love Klopp and his brand of football and totally fascinated by the idea of him coaching Madrid, i honestly dread to say this but realistically i see him ending up at Atletico more than at Real because of him being a football romantic and needing a dedicated structure from top to bottom towards one goal.
It would be nightmare if it were to happen though, but after seeing what happened with Xabi i don’t think we can ever have a coach who believes is structure, it’s more about vibes here and managing egos while hoping you are lucky that it clicks.
It’s a shame that Madrid doesn’t have a proper game plan ever since Mourinho, we were counter attacking beasts, but now we just rely on individual brilliance to bail us out and that is it.

  16. None of it matters because florentino perez would rather side with Vini than the manager, Real Madrid has become Man United where Player Power > Manager

  17. We just saw that vini and gang cry whenever a manager is strict and expects basic discipline and we want to appoint a manager who’s renowned for his discipline and system? The alonso cycle will repeat

didn’t he say he thought real madrid was too messy (paraphrasing) right after they sacked xabi? i’m not moved

Guys. Let’s say Klopp even joins. You think our players can survive his high intensity football? We get so many injuries even without that!

We need new fitness staff and new players along with this!

  20. I’m fine with this if it’s agreed upon that Vini, Endrick, Mbappe, Jude, Trent, Fede, Dean have to stay. I want to see them with a real proven manager under real tactics and strategy.

I don’t want him to come and immediately rock the boat by doing the typical English manager go “star player beloved by fans does not fit into my plans”.
