I‘m on a teen membership right now but when I go to the ticket shop it‘s telling me to „get membership.“
Am I not permitted to buy tickets on a teen membership?
I suspect they might have some age requirements because I also needed a parent to buy my teen membership.

Are you logged into your membership account? I get these options when I’m not.
But I don’t know about teen memberships.
