So much negativity. Lille aren’t the side when we played them last. The Italian league might be the weakest of the top leagues in Europe. Would expect us to get to the semi finals at least.

You can tell some people in this thread expected us to sleep walk to at least the Semis. We were always going to get at least one tough game and if we can’t at least beat a Lille side with a 40 year old Giroud leading the line we were never going to win. Also everyone moaning about Roma while forgetting that if we get through Lille both Mcginn and Tielemans will be back.
