Gabriel Gudmundsson has recovered from the knock he suffered against Aston Villa, Leeds United boss Daniel Farke has confirmed.

The defender was taken off at half-time in the 1-1 draw at Villa Park last week.

But Farke says he is available for selection for the clash with Manchester City on Saturday in a big boost for his side.

“He’s recovered, good news,” Farke said.

However, Leeds will again be without striker Noah Okafor who is nursing a hamstring injury.

“Just Noah is out and will miss this game,” Farke said.

“All the others are ready, available, and are in training and a good mood and want to play.”
