I’d pay for this, I think it’d work well in a tiered pricing structure; something like £15 p/m for all games of one club, another £3 p/m if you want to add another club or £20 p/m for all matches.

We need this, here in Belgium the one who has the rights doesn’t even stream all the games. Every league should have this.
