For me the Championship years were defined more than anything else by conceding late goals; felt like every second game we dropped points conceding in the 89th minute. It's something that's stuck with me ever since.

So it was nice to see this today; we're the only team in the league to have not conceded at the death (so far)

Enormous improvement on last season, last season we were one of the worst at conceding late goals

  2. Noticed this around when the Brighton game happened. Their third goal after we’d gone 4-2 up is the only goal we’ve conceded after the 80th minute in the league all season. Young Boys’ consolation goal against us in the Europa League league phase is the only goal we’ve conceded from the 90th minute onwards in *any* competition since Palace in the FA Cup last season.

We’ve got so much better and more professional when it comes to seeing out results. Hope it continues, given how often we’re seeing out one-goal leads it’s a desperately important trait to have, and the kind of thing that separates top teams from everyone else.
