I agree with the idea that he played the game as safe as he could. Didn’t want to be seen to make a mistake, which is fine. Eddie wants dependable players to come in. I do find it strange it has taken this long considering our injuries to make his full debut but hopefully he can kick on and help rest Hall/Burn.

Is this a little bit what Steve harper alluded to in his pitch side interview pre game? He said something along the lines of wishing / hoping that AM takes more responsibility / pushes harder for his own future?
