Would be funny but I doubt it.
If that’s the only punishment it’s nowhere near enough.
If the premier league had a scrap of evidence it would have come out by now.
They’ll get let off with a warning and a small fine.
The only team worried about all this is Everton.
City win regardless if you said to a City fan in 2008 “you will win over 20 trophies in the next 18 years, but then have to spend a season in the Championship” they’d bite your hand off.
Question to Man City fans. If found guilty, what’s the correct level of punishment?
Does that get applied for the seasons in question? Cuz that could be a massive shift to some clubs histories

60 points. Relegated to the Championship where they’ll lose no players, still have CL that year and come straight back up punishment served as if nothing had happened.
The whole Man City in the Championship means pretty much all their games will be broadcast and while it will have a finanical hit, nothing they won’t be able to absorb for a season.
Only a points deduction? I don’t really want them to pollute the Championship for a season before they inevitably poison the waters of the Premier League again.
Nothing short of virtual liquidation will be acceptable at this point. Send them to the National League.
