In 2003, when Celtic played the last time in Stuttgart, I was 13 years old and read in the newspaper that the Celtic supporters are super friendly and wanted to trade scarves with Stuttgart supporters. So at match day I went to the stadium with my mom and traded a VfB scarf to this Celtic one and kept it ever since. I didn’t have tickets for the game but I remember being insanely hooked by the passion and friendliness of the lads. Just wanted to share this little story and I’m happy to welcome you back! 💚❤️

That trip is still my favourite away trip. Loved your city and your fans . The riot police putting their shields away in the square and coming in to chat with us and the Stuttgart fans . Bonnie Tyler singing at half time, and a great game of football in a brilliant stadium. Couldn’t ask for more. It’s what football is all about
