Wolves in negotiations to sign Pablo Sarabia.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly in negotiations for PSG star Pablo Sarabia and the Spaniard could help to level up Julen Lopetegui‘s midfield at Molineux. According to reports in Spain, which were later confirmed by The Athletic’s Steve Madeley, Lopetegui could be closing in on his second signing as Wolves boss, having already purchased Matheus Cunha from fellow European giants Atletico Madrid.

While Sarabia has struggled for regular game time under new manager Christophe Galtier at PSG so far this campaign, his performances on loan at Sporting Lisbon last season suggest that he could be a quality addition at Molineux.

The former Sevilla man would notch a remarkable 21 goals and 10 assists in just 45 appearances for the Portuguese side in all competitions, featuring alongside Matheus Nunes in the midfield for Ruben Amorim’s side. it seems clear that the Spanish boss is still missing a creative midfielder in the ilk of Sarabia.
