I think he’s very interesting and he might actually be an important part of the team next season. Has the potential to have quite the offensive output with that size and technique.
Lots of people don’t think he even has a chance cause he’s been a lower league player up to now and he’s already 23, but football isn’t as simple as that. There’s a reason why teams like PSV and Villarreal were on to him in January. Yes going to Inter is a bigger jump, but we might just have signed a bargain.
I’ve had people here telling me that we only signed him to sell him next summer and that’s pretty much nonsense. Why would he accept to sign for a team only to stay at his former team on loan for 6 months and be sold again at the end of the loan? lol
The current plan is to make him part of the team, and he porbably will be unless he plays like shit in preseason.

He has a very unique profile. I have heard him described often as tall, physically and technically strong creator, who can also dribble. He is also apparently very slow on the flip side.
I can see him as a weapon against low block teams, where his lack of speed is irrelevant.
Basically he seems to be a creative target-man 10 (or 8) … that is indeed very rare in football.
I am also not that worried about him being in Serie B at 23. (Also sometimes players are just late bloomers) Many great transfers in the world of football have come from second tiers. Carlos Augusto was in Serie B not long ago. Also remember how many people hyped Kamate after the copa match? He plays Serie C, which is significantly worse still than Serie B.

I only watched 3 games, but this is my analysis. He is very much a one trick pony, he receives the ball and uses his body and technique to create space or straight up numerical superiority which he will use to immediately develop a dangerous attack either with a long/through ball or by advancing forward, he has great precision and vision so his success rate is very high. Unfortunately that’s about it, he has low acceleration, decent on the long distance, he is very passive defensively but he just started playing cm so I can’t expect much from a former striker and it might even be on purpose. For a guy that’s almost two meters he is terrible at aerial duels. Overall I like him but he needs the right system to shine
