  1. I seriously hope it’ll be more than just one game they miss. Needs to be serious investigation/re-training.

    So a 1 game suspension?

You get more than that for *complaining* about the crappy refereeing…

    Joke really.

Dont think missing “a possible offside against Dan Burn on Newcastle’s equaliser” was one of the shocking mistakes

  4. >The other assistant at Villa Park, Gary Beswick, has been appointed to Nottingham Forest versus Liverpool on Sunday

So missing Lucas Digne committing a spot of GBH and all the first half penalties we should have had is absolutely fine in the PGMOL’s book then?

Chris Kavanagh is a corrupt pillock and if you’re Leeds, Everton or Newcastle you’re fucked if he’s reffing your game.

Dropped for a single game then it’s back into circulation no questions asked and no lessons learned.

Not surprising really from a cloistered, unaccountable organisation like the PGMOL, where the penalty for criticising them is invariably harsher than a weekend off.

Use VAR in cup games! If it’s drawn at a lower league club then can’t be used fine. if it’s at a stadium that it can then use it. There wouldn’t be any issues with that. Mistakes or errors are always going to happen in competitions. But the higher the standard of teams against each other will increase the likelihood of instances of checks. Chances created speed of the play etc!!! And those matches will be played at grounds where it can be used. As will the final whoever gets to it.
