In general what a great job PSG did all of a sudden when they started to build a real team and not just buying superstars that all played their own game.
Impressive how people always talk about the stint he had in Wolves, but no one talks about his brilliant, spectacular season he had in Porto before going to PSG! How selective do you have to be to ignore that stint, that wonderful season he had! Porto is so underrated, and as Porto fan, I knew Vitinha was destined for greatness when I saw him that season and even before! He had something different from all others, a certain perfume and class that no one else had. Anyway, good to see him finally getting the recognozition he deserves!
If you close out him, the whole team is dead. Chelsea did that in the CWC final blow them out 3-0 that half time they had him doing nothing. If it's gonna take some team to stop PSG, Vitinha has to be the man to look at. Because everything goes through him, the metronome of PSG,
He should’ve won the ballon d’or- I’m happy for dembele but in a season where the same player is at the heart of the midfield for club and country, then proceeds to win everything in sight for said club & country while putting up 10/10 performances game after game!
