Per Giugno 2026 si aprono scenari clamorosi in Italia:
- Fiorentina: La Viola è in lotta salvezza, ma se mantengono la categoria, Paratici vuole rifondare tutto. De Zerbi è un suo vecchio pallino. Sarebbe un progetto "alla De Zerbi": prendere una squadra da ricostruire e portarla in alto.
- Napoli: Antonio Conte è lì, ma sappiamo come funziona: a fine anno si tireranno le somme. Se ci dovessero essere frizioni o addii a sorpresa, De Zerbi sarebbe il candidato perfetto per riprendere quel discorso estetico interrotto anni fa.
- Lazio: Sarri ha un altro anno di contratto, ma è una stagione complicata. A giugno si valuterà tutto.
- Bologna: Italiano è in crisi nera da due mesi. Se saltasse, De Zerbi potrebbe essere il nome per rilanciare le ambizioni europee dei rossoblù.
- Juventus: La situazione di Spalletti è in bilico. Ha il contratto in scadenza e, sebbene la società sia aperta al rinnovo, Luciano vuole garanzie pesanti sul mercato per tornare a competere in Europa. Se non si trova la quadra, De Zerbi è il nome n.1 per aprire un nuovo ciclo tecnico a Torino.
❌ Impossibili al momento Inter, Milan e Roma, che sembrano sistemate e non prevedono ribaltoni.

I would see him well in a team with relative ambition to build something, more likely than not that being Fiorentina.
Foreign wise, i can see him perfectly at Newcastle.
Napoli makes the most sense. I don’t see Conte going past this year (even though it would be great if he did). Fiorentina and Bologna would have to make a serious bid to get RDZ, meaning money and a serious project.
Lazio no chance.
I don’t see Juve moving on from Spalletti so quickly. He’s doing good work.
Juve would have to be stupid to let Spalletti go after he fixed their mess and now they look like a real team
I would like to see him at Milan at one point
I wish we got him instead of Fonseca but our smart board then went rather for a coach who has 0 experience in Italy over someone who grew up there
None of these seem viable.
1. Juve and Spalletti are working good enough together that sacking him is no option.
2. For Napoli I think their position is fine given their overall quality. Also is De Zerbi an upgrade to Conte? I 100% believe not. Unless Conte and the management have serious issues in their working relationship this makes no sense.
3. Lazio has no funds… why would De Zerbi go there? Again given their options Sarri is doing a good enough job.
4. Fiorentina: De Zerbi is crazy if he goes to Fiorentina in this moment. There is nothing to win but everything to lose.
5. Bologna: While as a Fan I would love it (he uses the 4-2-3-1 System Italiano uses, I am also sure he could fix Jonathan Rowe) and believe/hope the days of Italiano are numbered at this point I think one has to be honest… De Zerbi is too big of a Name for us currently. We are 2-3 international Years away to hope for a manager of his caliber, rather I hope they try their luck on Fabio Pisacane after the season.
Most likely destination for De Zerbi is Tottenham. The team on paper is better than all the alternatives mentioned, the club pays the most and they put no pressure on the coach I am sure De Zerbi will turn it around there and be competitive next season.
La sua esperienza a Marsiglia è tutto fuorché un grande successo, dubito che il suo profilo possa essere interessante per la Juve anche se dovesse saltare Spalletti [incrocia le dita].
Al momento De Zerbi è in un limbo, perché abbastanza esperto e conosciuto, ma senza aver avuto la consacrazione definitiva. Le grandi italiane secondo me non lo prenderebbero in considerazione, tranne forse il Napoli se decide ti rifondare completamente.
