I’ve always liked MGW, always thought he might end up here being a local lad, but £70m is a ridiculous amount of money.
Only way I could see us spending that much on him is if he is a direct replacement for an outgoing Rogers for £120m+.

I’d rather Anderson if we’re going to be paying over the odds for a Forest Midfielder. Realistically with the budget as it is, I’d probably rather spend it elsewhere.

Can see this happening if we sell Rogers. Which I think we probably will unless we can generate a LOT of money to meet our UEFA obligations.

Gibbs-White is one I’m sure we’d be looking at IF we get Champions League and Forest go down, but so will everybody else.
I’d be shocked if we get him with competition that hot and £70m is out of our reach unless we make a huge sale.
