It’s damage control…there are good Italians….there are good players everywhere, you just have to look.
For example Milan just bought Cissé from Catanzaro…he fits the criteria but como didn’t go for him?? 🤔

Y’all can be upset if you like, but his Como is in 6th place ahead of many teams with Italians. All the top teams have a lot of non Italians. Italy youth production has been garbage for years, and he takes the flack for saying it out loud? Ridiculous. It’s not one team to fix the issue that the league has systematically worsened.

God I hate him, he knows its all bullshit, we know it’s all bullshit, but in the end he will always has fewer than two Italians on the pitch. Serie A should have a rule requiring a minimum number of Italian players to register, with a minimum percentage of playing time.
