Southampton-based agency Carswell Gould has launched its Marketing Operating System (MOS), designed to help companies scale their marketing efforts without the need for large in-house teams.
Gareth Miller, managing director at Carswell Gould, said: “Many businesses are spending significant sums on marketing without a clear system behind it.
“MOS gives them clarity, consistency and access to a much broader skillset than most could realistically support internally.”

The system provides access to senior marketing leadership, structured planning and specialist execution through a flexible, outsourced model.
MOS is aimed at owner-led and mid-sized businesses where marketing has often evolved gradually, leaving responsibility concentrated in one or two people and activity vulnerable to disruption.
It offers a range of services across paid, earned and owned media, allowing clients to choose their support and scale activity based on changing business priorities.
The agency has recently been reappointed by Elliotts Builders Merchants as a retained marketing and growth partner.
