I consume a lot of Inter related media and Ermes was one of the first I started to follow on YouTube.
For most of the time his analysis we're good, but since Inzaghi left and Chivu arrived this MF has been bashing Christian for everything and in a very arrogant fashion
I always welcome fair criticism, but I think ermes is blinded by his love for Inzaghi when it comes to speaking about Chivu

Yeah he is really egocentric but his yearly recap on inter finances is a must watch honestly, i ignore basically every other video tho.

no, honestly he’s one of the few that really understands football…
He’s not been bashing anyone, he had good words just as criticism for Chivu.
Issue is, people take it personal just like you did instead of trying to really understand what he means to say because Inter is now doing good. (good results = all good!! / bad results = all bad!!! This mentality is one of the worst shit ever and exactly what people like Ermes try to change).
Real analysis goes beyond the surface of just the result or current form.
On top of that he’s really a huge football nerd, so his opinions are usually very level headed and with solid bases and reasoning behind it, not emotive responses like most of football fans. (which is fair, as most football fans are just there for the show once a week, nobody really studies tactics and delves deep into the intricacies of modern football and that’s alright)
It doesn’t mean he can’t be wrong or his attitude can be a little too much sometimes, i agree, but he’s one of the best football analysts around on youtube period, and we are only lucky that he covers Inter.

It’s true he’s full of himself, but he’s young and without real experience in being a DS. I hope he lands some job in the sport, would be interesting to follow.
It’s true he thinks Inzaghi has been underappreciated by italian media in general (and i agree too), but i remember he often bashed him when it was granted. I didn’t notice a negative focus on Chivu from him.

Whether or not you agree with his conclusions, which I often don’t, he is the only ‘fan’ youtuber that does actual tactical analysis
I find he’s a bit full of himself sometimes, but given how much ahead of 99% of football YouTubers he is in terms of pure knowledge of how the game works, it is justified imo.
I honestly haven’t found any YouTuber that treats football like it was a math or engineering problem like he does.
If he wasn’t doing what he is, I wouldn’t know a ton of stuff about how transfer market windows work for instance
He’s not my favorite either.
I religiously follow **Neschio**, **Luca Mastrangelo** (for the laughs) and I highly recommend **Passione Inter**!
I personally dislike him quite a lot , but i watch his video because he understands ball ( i know that sounds hypocritical but it is what it is)
He knows a lot about football, I like him.
People prefer “false humility” to a bit of “competent arrogance”, I’m not surprised.
For me too there is something about him that I can’t quite pinpoint but is very annoying.
He’s extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his videos.
He comes across as arrogant and pompous at times, and I wish he would tone it down some, but I find him to be extremely competent.

Bruh, he literally gave him a 10/10 rating in a match, this season. He doesn’t hate Chivu, he’s simply an analyst doing his job.
