  1. idk about it being “fair” but if people want to sit here and defend the last 5 refeering performances against us, then this sub can’t then go and complain about the standard of officiating in the league later down the line?

Since the start of the year, the refs have constantly given dodgy and downright silly decisions.
Not to mention the standard of fouls seems to be allover the place (both for and against us), one moment they’re giving fouls for barely anything and the next they’re completely ignoring yellow cards like they’ve forgotten they exist.

The points we have dropped, have mostly been a result of crappy second half performances.
That doesn’t mean that we haven’t received the shite end of the stick for shitty referee performances.

We’ve had very obvious red cards, get completely ignored.
We’ve had goals ruled out for no reason.
We’ve had goals not ruled out when the players were offside because they allow a “tolerance” but then this tolerance seems to disappear in other PL matches?

This season, I have found the standard of refeering across ALL PL games absolutely attrocious.
Constantly getting VAR involved when it doesn’t need to be, then completely ignoring VAR in cases where it should be reviewed?
Referees can’t seem to handle a game for 90 minutes without making numerous mistakes.

But because this is City people on here will lap it up.

Rodri should be the last one whining, considering he should have been sent off twice yesterday.

115 reasons to ignore this Jamon sniffing, chorizo munching, sunshine-having, big Spanish cry baby

/S in case anyone can’t tell. I love Spanish food & culture 🇪🇸

  4. Rodri could now face a suspension for “questioning the integrity of match officials”.

City are the sorest of losers. Pep, Bernardo, Rodri, Dias (specifically vs Southampton), Haaland, Donnarumma

Rodri whines about anything that doesn’t go his way, one of the biggest whingers in football. If his team loses, he blames the other team for not playing open or in a way to allow his team to beat them

  7. Tbh Guehi stands on Solankes foot just before the toe poke/kick through thing happens, so if we’re breaking it down to minutia of contact in slow-mo then we should’ve been given a penalty. None of the city players appealed for a foul or anything either

add to the fact Rodri is extremely lucky to have not been sent off, makes this rant and subsequent headloss from City spaces absolutely laughable.

Seeing anybody City-related trying to complain about “fairness” or “equality” is just completely stomach churning anyway, they should at least have the self awareness to realise how ridiculous it sounds.

  8. This the same rodri who obviously handled the ball vs Everton, which we received an apology for and they won the league?

Can’t really put a pgmol apology in the trophy cabinet.

He isnt wrong about the refs in general, but hes forgetting that he could have been sent off and arguably should’ve. If it wasn’t for the reluctance of giving a second yellow, it 100% was a card worthy offence.

  10. The biggest cheats are always the biggest whinges. Always.

    Can’t stand this cheating lot.

If it wasn’t for daddy’s money, most City players wouldn’t even be aware of a second club in Manchester.

  12. Rodri you know that isn’t fair? You walking out the 115 with a slap on your wrists. That’s not fair.
